pulseof_lifeAfter classes and speaking to Cade, Yeul made another stop at the Perk before heading back to her room. Once back in her room, she straightened a few of the pillows and then settled down with a book, leaving the door half-open.
The book stayed closed in her lap though as she traced the lettering along the spine and let her thoughts roam peacefully.
She had not always been good at waiting. Yeul thought it was class that left her thinking of the times she had not been so skilled at it.
Thinking about it left her feeling a bit... nostalgic.
